Starting again

Since the Marathon a month ago I've managed to run a 5 mile race (the YMCA 10) and a 10K race (the Heatherley 6 'n' 10). Today I managed to complete a leasurely 10 mile run.

I've been trying to increase my speed by training with Reigate Priory AC as much as I can, looking forward to taking part in races later this year, including the Great North and Great South runs.

My main problem is with my knees - after a 10 mile run today, my left knee is a bit painful. Hopefully I'll get over it soon.

I have already collected almost 150 towards next year's marathon collection - I have done one or two jobs for people.
